Intensive Programs: 21-Day and 10-Day

If you like a challenge and being pushed to your limits both physically and mentally, this is the place for you. Players of all positions are sure to learn a deeper understanding of the skills of discipline, sacrifice, dedication and hard work in our Intensive Training Programs. You will be pushed to your limits physically, mentally and change the way you approach hockey. Training includes intensive on and off ice drills, small area games, conditioning, weight training, agility workouts, class room instruction and visualization sessions. It is our commitment to assist you in increasing your performance level and help you obtain your goals.

Designed for male and female hockey players 14 to 18 years old, these multi-week training programs test athletes day-in and day-out with accelerated training and conditioning routines.

Goalie Programs: 21-Day and 10-Day Intensive

A good goalie is the backbone to every team and is a major contributor to team success. You will receive individual and small group instruction covering playing angles, save techniques, rebound control and game situations by our highly trained goalie coach. You will be instructed on how to communicate and to control the zone along with dry land training that covers agility drills, hand-eye coordination and video breakdowns. You receive two hours of specific goalie training everyday (one hour on-ice and one hour off-ice) as well as participating with all intensive/technique athletes during the regular training schedule.

Intensive Training Programs are designed for male and female goalies 14 to 18 years old.
